Driving drunk is wrong! However, we've had forced upon us the idea that
anyone who drinks and drives - no matter how responsibly - is dangerous.
Labeling any driver who drinks and drive as "drunk" has created a situation where responsible citizens are at risk of suffering huge fines, high insurance surcharges, losing our driving licenses, and even going to jail. Driving and responsible drinking are not incompatible. The time has come for our society to draw the line. Harassing responsible citizens will not solve the drunk driver problem. We support drinking and driving regulations based on reasonable standards that differentiate between responsible and reckless behavior. The real solution to this problem is set fairly define "drunk driving." This won't happen without each of us demanding change. You've taken the first step today by visiting this web site.
